This policy explains what information Somersault collects through usesomersault.com and how it is used. Somersault is a social media and marketing studio. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@usesomersault.com.

Information you choose to share

This website does not include its own contact or signup form. Information reaches us in two ways:

• Discovery-call questionnaire. The “Book a Discovery Call” buttons link to a questionnaire hosted on Google Forms. Anything you enter there, such as your name, email, business details and project needs, is collected through Google and is also subject to Google’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
• Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

CheckIf the form's confirmation message links to a scheduling tool (Calendly, Google Calendar booking, etc.), name that tool here and link its privacy policy.

How we use it

We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and hold a discovery call, and put together a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell your information.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own website rather than from third-party services.

Website hosting

The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Like most web servers, the hosting service may record basic technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to deliver and secure the site.

CheckConfirm whether server or CloudFront access logging is turned on in your AWS setup, and describe how long those logs are kept, if at all.

How long we keep information

Owner to writeState how long you keep questionnaire responses and emails from people who don't become clients, and from clients after a project ends.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@usesomersault.com.
